 How I would use blogs, wikis and delicious with my EFL students?”

        I think using technology in teaching is a very useful and interesting tool . Using technology       nowadays is very important because students now are different from those before, technology is around them, therefore we as teachers for a new generation in a technological world should use technology as a part of teaching to involve students to learn in an interesting way. For example, I might use the blog for my students to improve their skills such as writing and reading, how? I can post for my students’ a useful topic with simple vocabulary to read it and then they should write comments which will be their reflections or views about that topic. By this the students will improve their reading as well as their writing skill. In another way I might ask the students to write their own posts which I may specify for them or let them choose on their own account, on what they would like to write about. So, their writing skills will be improved more and more. However, WIKI is a web technology that allows a web site to be collaboratively constructed and edited with no specialist tools and very little technical know-how. This is of interest in learning and teaching as a Wiki can offer students and educators a more active, participative relationship with web based materials. There are at least two common ways in which wikis are used, as social software and as a tool that provides support for group projects and activities. I might use Wiki for peer groups and to share together the information. On the other hand, in my opinion,  Delicious social networking  is  useful  to facilitate the art of learning.  At Delicious’s site, I might put useful  links such as reading articles, listening, speaking and so on. I might also ask them to post a few useful links which they will benefit us all.
